The Fruit & Toast Dinosaur

  • 1 banana
  • 1 / 2 slices of bread (plain or fruity)
  • Handful of raisins
  • 1 peach
  • 1 pear (or apple)
  1. Butter some toast and cut it in to one large oval for the body, 4 small rectangles for the legs and one long thin strip for the tree trunk. Place as above
  2. Cut a banana in half and place one half for the neck and head. Slice the remaining banana and cover the toasty body with the slices
  3. With a sharp knife, cut a 'smile' in the banana
  4. Place one raisin on the banana head for an eye and place the remaining raisins below the dinosaur legs for that soil effect
  5. Cut thin slices from around the outside of a peach leaving the skin on and place below the raisins for prehistoric rocks
  6. Slice a pear or apple, cut in to strips and arrange around the thin, toasty tree stump to make leafy branches
This is an adaptation.
